Maintenance Service Terms
1、 Matters needing attention when customers send products for repair
  • Please make sure that the date of purchase and the seal of the store (or paste something that can replace the seal of the store) are on the location of the warranty card on the package. After confirmation, please take the product along with the purchase receipt and the warranty card to your local service center.
  • When customers send the products for repair, please pack the host and accessories carefully to prevent damage or damage.
  • If the company judges that the product is lost or damaged during transportation due to insufficient packaging, the company will not accept the repair application of the product.Our company will not be responsible for any accident during transportation.
  • Please take down the items (stickers and other decorations) you put on after purchase.Even if the product is still within the warranty period, after the repair and inspection, the company may not be able to return the product to you in the state you sent it for repair.
2、 About Maintenance
  • Our company can't provide maintenance service.
  • Even if it is not related to the content of the maintenance application, the company may carry out the minimum maintenance for other necessary parts in order to ensure the function of the product.
  • During the repair process, the company may replace the product or change the manufacturing number according to the situation, and the company can not return the replaced parts in the repair process.
  • After the company starts to carry out maintenance, it is unable to accept the repair cancellation application.
  • Customer service is limited to the maintenance service center in Hong Kong.
3、 About Maintenance Cost
  • After the end of the warranty period, the company will charge the maintenance costs.
  • Even within the warranty period, the company may pay for maintenance according to the maintenance terms.
  • The maintenance cost will be calculated according to the condition of the product when applying for repair.
  • When the maintenance costs are incurred, please pay the relevant maintenance costs in person at the company's maintenance service center.
4、 Other Considerations
  • Under any conditions, the warranty card cannot be reissued.
  • The company will not be responsible for the damage caused by the malfunction or derivative products.
  • This clause may be changed without further notice. The latest version of this clause can be confirmed on the support page of our website.
Warranty Clause
In addition to the "maintenance service terms", this article shall also apply to the products within the warranty period.Please refer to the "maintenance service terms" when reading this clause.
  • The warranty card is only valid when the original Hong Kong goods are used in Hong Kong.
  • The warranty period of the product and the corresponding specific warranty terms can be found in the attached warranty card of the product or through this website.
  • The warranty period is effective from the date of purchase of the product, and has nothing to do with the time and period of your use. The warranty period will not be changed after maintenance.
